Mobile Health Van
Our nurses are funded by Brisbane North PHN and Brisbane South PHN. This provides our Street to Home nurses with a resource to make a difference every day. Taking healthcare to the streets and to people’s homes is important in addressing the poor health we see every day compared with the general population.
