In 2024-25, we made several business improvements to scale up and ensure our sustainability into the future so we continue to support existing, emerging and growing community needs. These efforts amplify our impact, bringing visibility and response to communities facing complex circumstances.

Our Systems

In 2024–25, we focused on strengthening our organisation by investing in our people and systems, positioning us for sustainable growth to better serve our community’s needs.

Expanded our vehicle fleet

Our vehicle fleet went up to 122 from 80 to reach more people across our community.

Renovated spaces

Renovated the Wellspring Women and Children’s Hub in Hawthorne, Caboolture and the Home for Good Hub in West End to ensure they offer private, welcoming spaces and are fit-for-purpose.

Reviews and Upgrades

Completed an Operational Risk Review and developed a new Risk Register to enhance risk management, while also upgrading budget and contract management tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

New phone system and CRM

Implemented a new phone system and introduced a CRM and intranet to enhance access and information sharing, while strengthening IT governance and support frameworks to improve data security and overall efficiency.

2024-25 saw a range of improvements that are ongoing.

Quality Statement

Micah Projects has strong and robust quality management systems. These support a continuous quality improvement framework including, but not limited to, service integration and feedback systems to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for participants that receive services from Micah Projects.

Our organisation is committed to reinforcing continuous quality improvement through strong governance partnerships with quality assurance, data consolidation, and innovation from evaluations and feedback.

In 2024-25, Micah Projects:

maintained certification against the National Standards for Mental Health Services Accreditation

earned re-certification against the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards

maintained certification against the Human Service Quality Standards

Our partnership clinic at the Inclusive Health and Wellness Hub was accreditation against the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) with the support of Micah Projects.

These certifications and accreditations demonstrate compliance to strong service integration and referral pathways for participant outcomes.

Micah Projects successfully completed all audits this year with full conformance to all standards assessed.
